HerbalPackMart.com allows you to return any item ( with the exception of aromatherpay pillows ) upon 7 days of receipt. Item must be returned in its original condition. Item can be exchanged or credited.

You can return any item(s) you order within 7 days of receiving it, so long as the item is in its original condition, with the exception of aromatherapy pillows. the customer must pay all shipping charges. We recommend that you send all returns via UPS,or insured US postal service for tracking and insurance purposes. To return any item just simply email or call customer service with your name, order number, and item(s) that you want to return. We will email you back with a return number and our return address. Any item which is returned and does not meet our criteria can be returned to you at your expense.
